Research Brief

Produce a decision-ready research brief on any question, with findings graded by evidence quality and explicit unknowns.

Research this question and write a decision-ready brief: [QUESTION]

Context for why I'm asking: [DECISION THIS FEEDS INTO]

Structure:
1. **Bottom line**: your answer in 2-3 sentences, stated with an explicit confidence level (high / medium / low) and the single biggest caveat.
2. **Key findings**: 4-7 findings, one paragraph each. For every finding, name the source and grade it: A (primary data, official docs), B (reputable secondary reporting), C (vendor claims, blogs, forums). Prefer numbers with dates over adjectives.
3. **What would change the answer**: the 2-3 facts that, if different from assumed, flip the conclusion.
4. **What I couldn't verify**: list it plainly. An honest gap is more useful than a filled-in guess.

Rules: distinguish clearly between what sources say and what you infer; never present an estimate as a measurement; if sources conflict, show both numbers and say which you trust more and why.
