Ad Copy Variants
Generate Meta and Google ad variants matched to customer awareness stages, with platform character limits and no fabricated claims.
Write ad copy for the product below. Product + offer: [WHAT IT IS + THE SPECIFIC OFFER, e.g. "14-day free trial", "20% off first order"] Customer: [WHO + THE PROBLEM THEY'D SAY THEY HAVE, IN THEIR WORDS] Platform: [META / GOOGLE SEARCH / TIKTOK] Proof I can legally claim: [REAL NUMBERS, REVIEWS, RESULTS, or "none"] Awareness stage of the audience I'm targeting: [pick one: UNAWARE: doesn't know they have the problem PROBLEM-AWARE: feels the pain, doesn't know solutions exist SOLUTION-AWARE: comparing options PRODUCT-AWARE: knows us, hasn't bought] Write 4 ad variants for that stage, each using a different labeled angle: 1. **Problem-agitate-solve**: lead with the pain in the customer's exact words. 2. **Social proof**: lead with the proof point (only if I provided one; otherwise substitute a "specific mechanism" angle: how it works, concretely). 3. **Objection-flip**: lead by disarming the #1 reason they'd scroll past. 4. **Direct offer**: lead with the offer, no warm-up. For each variant, respect the platform format: - Meta: primary text (first 125 characters must work standalone before "...more"), headline under 40 characters, description under 30 characters. - Google Search: 3 headlines (30 characters each, at least one with the search term), 2 descriptions (90 characters each). - TikTok: spoken hook line (first 2 seconds), 3-4 line script in casual spoken register, on-screen text suggestion. Rules: concrete beats clever. Name the mechanism, the number, the timeframe. Never invent statistics, testimonials, or results beyond the proof I provided. No "revolutionary", "game-changing", or claims a platform reviewer would flag.
How to use
Run this once per awareness stage you target: an ad that converts problem-aware traffic will bore product-aware retargeting audiences and vice versa. Test variants against each other one stage at a time so you learn which angle works, not just which ad.
