Product Launch Campaign

Plan a launch as a campaign, not a day: teaser, launch, and proof phases with channel-specific assets and one measurable goal.

Plan the launch campaign for my product/feature.

Launching: [WHAT + THE ONE-SENTENCE VALUE: what can people do now that they couldn't?]
Launch date + hard constraints: [DATE / EVENT IT'S TIED TO / "flexible"]
Audience(s): [WHO CARES, in order: existing customers / list / social following / a new segment]
Channels I actually have: [EMAIL LIST SIZE / SOCIAL PLATFORMS + ROUGH REACH / COMMUNITY / PARTNERS / BUDGET FOR PAID, IF ANY]
The measurable goal: [ONE NUMBER: signups, sales, demos booked in the first 2 weeks]
Assets that exist: [DEMO VIDEO / SCREENSHOTS / BETA RESULTS / CUSTOMER QUOTES, or "nothing yet"]

Build the campaign in three phases:
1. **Teaser (launch minus 7-10 days)**: build the problem, not the product: content that makes the audience feel the pain we're about to solve, a waitlist or "get notified" capture where it fits my channels, and one behind-the-scenes beat. For each piece: channel, format, the actual hook line, and CTA.
2. **Launch (day 0-2)**: the announcement in every channel I have, each version native to its platform (email tells the story, X shows the demo, LinkedIn makes the business case, never the same copy pasted across). Day 0 gets an hour-by-hour checklist. Include the ask for existing customers/fans: the specific, low-friction way they can amplify.
3. **Proof (day 3-14)**: the launch is sustained, not spiked: early results/testimonials as they arrive, the "how we built it" or "why we built it" piece, an FAQ post answering real objections from launch-day replies, and a second push to non-openers with a different angle.

Then:
- **Asset production list**: everything the plan requires, sorted must-have vs nice-to-have, flagged [MISSING] where I said it doesn't exist.
- **The measurement check**: how we'll know the goal number is on track by day 3, and the one adjustment to make if it isn't.

Rules: fit the plan to the channels I listed, no "post to your 100k TikTok" if I don't have one. If my goal number and my reach are obviously mismatched, say so with the math and propose a realistic number.
